Return and refund policy

Exchange, Refunds & Cancellations

We value our customers and we know that you truly understand & support our artisans who are continuously working on creating masterpieces for you. The Handmade In India handcrafted product once dispatched, cannot be exchanged or refunded based on the following request (Color change, design change) unless the product received is broken or there is manufacturing defect.

In the case of refund & exchange we reserve the right to offer alternative products that are similar as long as they are of the same or greater value.

Depending upon the condition of the product , we reserve the right to evaluate the condition pay less or partial depending upon the product condition.

We will ensure to email you the pictures of your shipment before it dispatches from our production centre. Due to any reason, if we both agree for a refund /exchange, the to & fro delivery charges of delivery will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges and refund requests on other items will be considered within 2 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packed carefully for return postage. The copy of invoice should be attached to the return. All returns are made at your risk.

Please email us before dispatching any return at sales@shophandmadeinindia.com. Our office hours are Mon- Fri between 10.30am to 6.30pm.


Incase of refund (as above stated) the same will be initiated working days as per product production time,after receiving the delivery of goods from your end. Returns will not be accepted with reduced items.

Incase of cancellation, within 1 working day, the refund will be initiated within 10 days of cancellation.
